The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. PayPal handles the FSLC on-line credit card verification process. This organization needs your name, address, credit card number and expiration date to process your transaction. Its state-of-the-art firewalls and encryption technology offer the highest level of security to ensure the confidentiality of your transaction.
FSLC will not use personal information in any way other than described in this policy. FSLC requires employees, agents and contractors who have access to Personal Information to protect information consistent with this Privacy Policy.
